Are You Experiencing A Flabby Chin And Puppet Lines?

Perhaps you are past the advice we’ve given on preventing damage on the neck and chest.

Has the damage already been done?

Do you feel like it’s too late?

Have you tried everything and still not getting the results you want?

Although we still recommend using products to treat your face, neck and decollete in a consistent manner, as well as using the Facial Flex to exercise the muscles in these areas, sometimes, it’s not enough to achieve the results you’re looking for (although the Facial Flex is pretty wonderful…you should have one anyway!)

If these areas are beyond repair by cosmetic treatments and you need more drastic measurements, below you will find other alternatives.

However, always remember that these procedures are NOT substitutes for taking daily care of your skin and protecting it from UV exposure, as the results from any of the procedures mentioned below must be maintained.

We also recommend doing the least invasive procedures to ensure improvement, but at the same time keeping your appearance natural-looking.

The ideal result is when people say how amazing you look and think you just got back from vacation. In other words, they notice an improvement but cannot tell exactly what is different.

The least invasive procedures are:

  • BotoxIn Europe it has been used more specifically to treat the neck. Doctors have noticed the tremendous contrast between the face and neck when only the face has been treated with Botox. For this reason, patients are requesting the neck be done as well.

  • MesoplastyA non-surgical cosmetic treatment that involves multiple injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications, plant extracts, vitamins and other ingredients into the subcutaneous (fatty tissue) layer. In Europe, these mixtures are being combined with Botox, Restylane or Hyaluronic Acid.
  • IPL (Pulsed light) – Can also be used to even out the color and texture of the face, neck and decollete. It is important that these three areas are ‘even’ in color, tone and texture.

For more information about each of the treatments mentioned above, please consult your dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

We hope this gives you some good ideas to correct and maintain for now or in the future.

P.S. Mesoplasty/Mesotherapy can also be used to treat thinning hair. Take a look at: http://cosmetic-plastic-surgery-weblog.blogspot.com/2008/05/hair-loss-mesotherapy-treatment.html
